obd1 LS tranny in obd0 CRX

obd1 LS tranny in obd0 CRX
theres a 1 wire sensor on the crx's d16 tranny. the LS tranny has a 2 wire sensor ( i dont know what the sensor is lol) to do the ls swap how do i go about solving this?
