head problems

"Straight from my helms.
1. Disconnect Negative Terminal from Battery
2. Drain Engine Coolant
3. Remove Intake
4. Remove Power Steering Belt and Pump
5. Remove A/C Compressor Belt
6. Remove Alternator Belt
7. Remove P/S Pump Bracket
8. Remove Throttle Cable
9. Releave Fuel Pressure
10. Remove EVAP Control, canister hose, fuel fed hose, and breather hose.
11. Remove Brake booster vacum hose, fuel return hose, and vacum hoses.
12. Remove Water Bypass Hose, and PCV hose.
13. Remove Uppper Radiator Hose, Heater Hose, and Water Bypass Hose.
14. Remove Engine Harness Connectors and Clamps.
15. Remove Spark Plug Caps and distributor from the head.
16. Remove the upper motor mount bracket.
17. Remove Valve Cover
18. Remove Timing Belt
19. Remove Camshaft Pulley (camgear) and Back Cover
20. Remove Exhaust Manifold.
21. Remove Intake Manifold.
22. Remove Cylinder Head Bolts and then the head is out. (Unscrew the bolts in the following patter 1/3 of a turn at a time to prevent warpage.)"
