i have a 91 honda civic turn signal dont work

i took my dash board out and my turn signal wont work no more my hazzard work what can it be
before it was working before i took it out

This should be in the 4G Civic section, not the '92-'00 Civic section.

Figure I might as well bump this for you so when it's moved someone might see it.

Yeah, wrong section. Anyway, you might have a faulty combination switch on the steering column or, alternatively, the turn signal wiring associated with this switch is disconnected or broken.
