Default Type r piston in gsr

I don't know if this is a noob question or not but...

is it possible to bore out my gsr cylinders to fit the ITR pistons?

itr pistons are 84 mm right and my gsr is 81mm. i heard that you can't bore out the gsr walls because its too thin...but i dunno... can anyone clarify?

nah, im just messing with you. the gsr and itr pistons are both 81mm. itr pistons will swap right into a gsr motor.
good luck!

B20 pistons are 84mm, All B18 motors are 81mm stock, whether its a B18A, B18B or B18C1,5, etc.

all b series are 81mm execpt the b20 which is 84mm. i wouldn't just "slap" in new pistons w/o honing if your using new piston rings as well.
