Default CEL 67 Catalytic converter issues

Hi everyone, I have a 98 prelude automatic, with v2 aem intake, ngk wires, iridium spark plugs, fully synthetic amsoil engine oil, and synthetic transmission fluid, high flow eastern catalytic converter, and dual tip muffler welded on. I had my cel go off randomly with a code of 67 telling me that my catalytic converter is faulty, but it did this 2 months ago so I replaced my stock one with the high flow aftermarket one and all was good till now. Could it be that my cel is being triggered by something other than the cat, or is this actually something wrong with it, cuz i checked underneath my car and everything looks fine.

Thanks.

i dont know what its called but it resembles a small catalytic with a bunch of flaps over more metal flaps liek a heat shield. smoke came out of it. could that have triggered a cel?

After the header is the engine....Unless you mean downwise, then that would be the downpipe, and if its a small hole you can patch it, that's if you're tight on money.
