Why am I still a Restricted Trial User after over 4 and a half years?

I've been a user on this site on this name for 1688 days. And I still can't post. I do take time off from visiting this site, but I don't think that should matter. What should I do? Thanks.

Well this is my first post because I couldn't post, haha. I was searching to see if anyone else had this problem and I saw all the other guys could actually make a new thread, so I gave it a try.
