Default couple of quick hondata questions

as of recent i have had a hondata s200 with a P28 ecu installed and tuned in my 00 type R.

question #1:
after filling up the car does not want to start and it idles at about 200-500 RPM. i called my tuner (locash racing) and he said that there was a relief/purge valve i needed to disconnect. and it was on the intake manifold around the throttle cable. i have tried to disconnect the vacum line from the FPR and the sensor next to it. and with no luck, it still happens.

can anyone please provide some insight to this, IE a picture or the name of the line to unplug? Please

question #2: (easy)
if i install a voltage stabilizer will this affect the tune?

thank you in advance

You need to disconnect the EVAP sensor. It is located on the firewall behind the i/m. Do that and report back.

Be sure you unplug the wires and not the vacuum hoses.
