my distributor is tilted all the way towards the windshield. what timing mark on the pulley do i set it to?

i want the cap to stay there but i dont know what degree it supposed to be at. when i bought it it ran great. but i got the t-belt changed and the mechanic messed it up. now im tryna get it right, once and for all.
