Default Benen Industries Rear lower tie bar

hey guys just seeing if any of you know if the benen rear lower tie bars will fit our cars? it specifys94-01 integra but i thought the type r's were different?

dont want to buy something, and it not fit

I don't see why it wouldn't fit. The distance between the control arm bolts on the subframe should be the same on any DC2/4. I could be wrong though.

It will not fit the subframes are different on a Type-R. You can make it fit with a little massaging from a grinding wheel though. It's very minimal the amount that has to come off of corners of the tie bar.

I test fit one on my ITR for the JHP site. They bolt up just fine but the ABS lines get in the way and have to be unbolted. (I didn't keep it on the car)

Get the Beaks bar fits itr perfectly buddy had it on his

i have polished one on teg its not a Type-r but i had to do work with the abs lines and stuff buddy has the beaks and it fit great

A bit harder to find Beaks up in vancouver...it seems anyways.

i wanted one of those from the start but was told it doesnt fit...but if it does ill go that route, thanks

thanks cory for clearing it up...everyother person was saying the opposite...

do you or anyone else know if i will need longer bolts for the Beaks Bar as well?

haha damm chill dude its not that serious, but yeah i dont know how the new benen **** is but when I bought my benen rear tie bar a couple years ago it came with longer bolts.

The factory rear LCA bolts will work for the Beaks bar, but you need ones with about 3-4 more threads with the Benen.
