The antenna is in the lines of the rear window. I'm not sure if you can use them for sirius. I have my sirius magnetic antenna on my trunk.

still, if you look in the back, the connection for the antenna is back there...

are you hooking up your headunit through an FM Modulator? it plays the sirius signal through like 89.5 frequency, or something like that?

just an fyi, the quality isn't all that good, you get lots of interference.

you can change the frequency to whatever you wish, just place your magnetic antenna for the sirius on the roof in a open area, the head unit will broadcast to the radio via FM channel that you choose. the reception in these civic are possibly some of the best i've ever seen, if you pick a good unused channel to broadcats on you wont have any issues with quality of the reception, i've had mine now for over a year and never had a hitch with it, i'm using 107.5 in my area, the antenna is positioned just above my head on the roof and the sirius unit is in the drivers side corner of the dash.
