Default Rear lower control arms?:

I read something about the ITR having the rubberized coating on their rear
lower control arms .. is this correct ? and is this for both USDM and JDM
and or whatyears if not all.

reason asking is because a friend has a del-sol with a set of ITR
rear lower control arms we purchased from JHOT and they were not coated, and then after searching online I noticed alot of them had some sort of rubberized coating.

thanks

I believe the "coating" is part of the undercoating process from the factory. However, not all ITR's got this treatment since I've seen ITR undercarriages which are bare. Perhaps this is from the owner removing the coating. Mine is coated.
