Tiptronic Prelude (97+ SS) Conversion to OBD1

Is it possible to convert a tiptronic prelude to JDM H22 (OBD1) using the auto LSD tranny and retaining the tiptronic functionality?

there is no auto LSD.

making the OBDII auto TCM work with an OBDI ecu is either not possible or would take some serious wiring schematic ability.
