Its FULL of answers to all the questions you could probably ever have about your Honda. Now. . . what I can tell you is, if you plan on modifying your car, you should first establish goals. What do you want? Drag racing? AutoCross? Street Racing?
Another thing, your budget. You plan on going all out? cheap? etc.
Next, your route to achieve speed. All Motor( Naturally Aspirated), Forced induction ( Turbo, supercharger, Nitrous Oxide) [don't flame on the nitrous being or not being forced induction, I read it here].

Also, horsepower goals. Anyways, after you choose your path to Honda pleasure, start reading man. The FIRST thing you could do is get some used header for cheap somewhere, exhaust, some DROP IN filter in your stock air filter box ( I've read they yield same or better results than CAI and Short Ram), and enjoy your N/A Car. Learn to drive the crap out of it, take it to the track, and get your best possible times. Then chose how you want to become faster.
