Default Rocket Motorsports m23 cams in lsv?

Hey guys, Im building a ls/vtec for my 97 cx hatch and im using a b16 head off a 2000 si. I have found a set of RM m23 cams for sale locally and I am wondering if these would perform well in the lsv setup. Im gonna be using the si pistons on the pr4 rods so my compression should be around 11.3:1. From what Ive researched so far about the cams, the lift @ 1mm is 12.1 for both intake and exhaust and the duration is 252 for both intake and exhaust. My goal is to make 200whp NA and I have read that b16s like high lift, shorter duration cams but I am not sure if this would be applicable for my setup. Anyone that has greater knowledge please educate me Any information is appreciated, thank you.
