I do have aluminum Heads on my EM1 right.
Also to do cams would i have to pull the motor.?

no you don't have to pull the motor out... i wouldn't recommend changing your cams unless you have the basics air intake/header/exhaust... without upgrading these parts you will not get the most out of the changing the cams

cams wont gain power unless you get a tune, if your lucky. to get the most out of more agressive cams, you want higher compression pistons.... So I've read. and all honda piece of **** fairy cars have aluminum blocks.=]. Hmm, if anyone knows, are the sleeves aluminum too? i don't think it is but I would like to hear it from someone who actually knows.

B and D series engines have aluminum cylinders with steel liners. The F20C/F22C and some (if not all) H22s have FRM cylinder liners.

my point in the post was that cams in a stock vehicle would be pointless if you haven't already opened up the air passage to the motor and decreased back pressure in the exhaust... i do agree that a tune is needed to be able to adjust the timing and fuel depending on the cam profiles
