you have to put the seats down and there are c clips that hold the seats in you have to remove those and then you sholud be able to take the top of the seats out and the bottom seat and one bolt that you will see once you take the top seats out and the you pull the bottom seat up and it should come off it should not take you more the 5 minutes to do.

 

joseep obviously has a completely different civic to me, unless u wanna leave half the brackets in u need to get in there with a socket set. remove the rear luggage box and fold the backs down. then u should b able to see 3 brackets. undo them and ur laughing. the rear bench should just pull out with a little persuasion.
