Will this be alright? or should i just wait till i get my turbo kit in 2 weeks?

its fine, all unnecessary fuel is returned to the tank anyway.

Minus well???

Anyways, install it now so you can verify that it works properly. You don't want to install it all at once with your swap and then it doesn't run right and you are left trying to figure out if it's the pump or something else.
