i was wondering since people usually put b16 heads on b18 blocks because of the higher compression ratio that if i put a b16b CTR head on say my b18c1 would it generate more compression and horsepower than a regular b16a head would considering the b16b engine has higher compression ratios??

does it matter which b16 head it is will a civic type r head work better and deliver more hp than a b16a2 or b16a head??? thats all i wanna know all the internals of my engine are ITR and i hear b16s have higher compression but wat im askin is does the b16b Civic Type r head have the highest compression and hp output you can get from a b16 head or does it maTTER?
