Im not trying to flame at all but there was a recent topic on this, I forgot which forum. Some guy from Canada got it done with a little labor.

Cant think of the forum at this time.

If it is a MOMO wheel, buy a 88-91 (non srs air bag) civic hub. With little modification it will bolt up and then you need a flat piece of metal to use as a conductor for the horn. Wire it and bend it slightly to make contact with the hub, it SHOULD be good, it is the same technique to use on a JDM ITR wheel also. GOOD LUCK
