Too stiff??
What do you guys think of 500f 450r???
I'm running koni shocks with some coilovers with spring rate of 450f 350f. I feel as if there soft for me but then lots of people have different opinions on whats stiff and soft. I want something a little stiffer. Any opinions on these spring rate?? Anyone think it will be to harsh for a daily??

It's gonna be a little stiff for daily driving, but you won't bottom out too easily. I'm dropped 2" all around on GC/Koni with 430f 375r and I love it. Sweet performance with a very tolerable, comfortable ride.

You don't say what kind of car this is going on, so we have even less of a chance in telling you whether or not you might think something it too stiff or not.
I have a 94 DC with 700 lb front and 600 lb rear on Koni Race shocks. They're not too stiff for me, but I don't daily drive it and if I want a soft ride I drive my F150.
It's objective, like asking whats girl scout cookie tastes best.

I used to run 450/400 on a 99 Civic Coupe, which is probably a bit heavier than your hatch. It was pretty nice and not too harsh. I used Koni OTS sports
