Default Will the amp take alot away from the battery and alty

i just bought a kicker sub with a ams of 150 and max of 300 and operation range is for peak is 300-799. i also got an amp with these specs:

2-Channel ZX-Series Power Amplifier
Peak Power Output: 400 watts approx.
RMS Power Ratings: 70 watts x 2 chan. @ 4 ohms
RMS Power Ratings: 100 watts x 2 chan. @ 2 ohms
RMS Power Ratings: 200 watts x 1 chan. @ 4 ohms

I understand that they will work perfect with each other but the real question is will it realy steal from my alty and battery oe even worse can it harm it?

you will be fine with that amp. Its better to be overpowered then under IMO. but 50 watts is no big deal. First because you will not be booming that hard to were it will be a major factor, Second music is dynamic, third because the amp is not going to be rms 200 watts all the time.
