Swapping Gauge clusters?
Can a gauge cluster be from a 96-200 with a Tach be swapped into a 92-95 model civic with no problems?

i know it can be done but he specifically said without any problems. looking wrong is a problem and extraneous wiring is a problem

That is all relative to "who" wants the cluster. If the OP doesn't think it looks wierd, then how is it a problem?
Anyway, to broadly answer your broad question, THE CLUSTER IS NOT PLUG AND PLAY AND WILL REQUIRE SOME EXTRA PINNING/REWIRING IN ORDER FOR IT TO FIT! If this isn't a problem for you, then I guess the install is problem free lol.
