Default Clutch replacement procedure?

Can anyone give me the rundown on how to replace a clutch in a '96 LS?

I was coming off the interstate this morning, and the clutch pedal suddenly got very heavy. Now the clutch won't fully disengage, and there are various grinding noises (out of gear). MC & SC are relatively new and aren't leaking, so I'm assuming I've detonated some clutch component in there. >_<

Hey, thanks for the link. That's a bit more involved than I had expected.

It all depends on your mechanical ability. The first time I did one it took me 9 hours. LOL After that I could do it in about 2.
