Default ZC EXTREMLY HIGH IDLE

when i start my car idle jumps up to around 6500 rpms. i have tried a different IACV and ecu. if i pull the connector out of the valve it idles iradic of course but it doesnt jump as high. also when its idling that high the throttle plate isnt opening. the crx is a SI it has the SI wiring harness in it. does anyone have any ideas thank you.

have u tried adjusting your idle?also try adjusting your throttle cable maybe its to tight and its pulling on the cable which will make your revs go up.

very possible that it could be a vaccum leak, maybe the throttle body gasket?(happened to me) check all your vaccum lines over

I have the same problem on my b18a1 that i just rebuilt and i have no vacuum leaks so i am so lost of what it could be.

Adjust your TPS sensor as per your honda manual. Should help.

Pull you FITV off and reassemble the inside of it.
99% thats the problem.

have you checked everything for vacume leaks? also my IAC valve actually came out of the intake manifold once, and made my car do the same thing.
