my car is a 96 civic. has no power. even when i put the keys on the first, second, and third slot it wont start. there is absolutely no power source at all. no lighting for the climate control, cluster, headlights or radio. what can be the problem? i remember my radio did turn on and off twice during my last drive.

is that for sure? because i got the battery about 11 months ago.

 

Doesn't really matter when you got the battery, what is the battery currently doing for you? If your radio was cutting out your battery didn't have much left. Have you checked the voltage on the battery? I'm sure it's dead though.

 

alright thanks. ill check tmr. is there any more aspect for this problem(s)? because i remember my cluster lights were diming. maybe a short somewhere. but i know that i didnt mess with any wiring lately
