Hello all,

I know this may sound like a silly question but I really need to know from del sol owners. I bought my car and it had no spare tire and no trunk floor mat. I put in a rim and tire of the same size as the stock tires 195/60r14 in the spare compartment. Now I notice that this tire is a little too big for the spare tire compartment since it makes the floor mat i put in bulge out, also it seems kinda heavy and I dont dont to be carrying it around. so my question is:

What spare tire do 1994 Del Sols come with stock? Is it the same size as the regular tires or is just a small donut?

Thanks for the info. Does anyone know any specs on what size the "donut" is? Or should I just throw in any donut I find in the junk yard?

 

pretty much any civic/del sol donut from around the same model years will work. Truth be told though, if its not too intrusive into your trunk and you don't mind it, a full size spare will be better anyway.
