Default weird ECU with B16B!

my friend bought a B16B engine swap and it came with an OBD2B ECU had some weird plugs on the side!!!
the number on it says:

37820-PCXW-J020-M1
R00062

anyone knows what is it?
we haven't tested it yet...

it's hard to tell with those pics.
the one board looks a lot like an OBD1 ECU that someone had that I mapped out the board. (I'm almost positive that was a TTL to K-line converter)

take some higher res pics and post them on http://www.forum.pgmfi.org
