Default high heat temperatures

setup- built stock block gsr with peakboost ac kit making 410whp and 280 torque.
issue- according to honda temps are at 201.5 constantly

ok so first i had a stock radiator and the temperature was rising without the heat on it got up to 210 and then i would turn the car off... then i got a pwr aluminum radiator hoping for a difference and nothing still running with heat on then i was suggested to run 100% distilled water with a bottle of waterwetter... did that and same **** it would stay at 201.5 with the heat ON then i was suggested to put the radiator on between the radiator and the intercooler and use it at a pusher fan instead of a puller on the other side... now i am sitting at 201.5 with the heat OFF and the temperature do not rise which is a good thing... but isnt this still hot? changed thermostat as well so thats not it... and it doesnt make since since the thermostat would be open now to get a colder thermostat? only thing i can think of is underhood temps from the turbo manifold i dont know please help!
