I tried bulbs, checked the fuses. Nothing cant get them to work high or low beams. Also when headlights are on the passenger side blinker does not work its get locked on solid no flash. Is there a relay or anything i can try to replace? On the wheel well theres 2 things that get bolted the the car. 1 looks like grounds the other is a relay or something of some kind(4 wires). any thoughts?
