Default Gas mileage

I have a 1992 acura integra 4 door ls sedan. I have changed spark plugs, wires, O2 sensor, distributor cap, rotor and a new thermostat. I am only getting about 180 miles on a tank of gas. With a 13 gallon tank. I should be getting alot more than that. What else would be causing poor gas mileage. The car starts up smooth and run smooths. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Start by calculating miles per gallon, not miles per tank, which is qualitative at best.

Are you driving short trips and never allow for the engine to get hot?

I drive long and short distance. I average about 300 miles in a week. Some city and some highway.
