Default INTAKE MANIFOLD ?

Ok I have a 95 EG hatch CX(meaning non v-tec). The intake manifold is TINY if you did not know. My question is will a intake manifold off of and EX or DX fit? I know that are both D ser motors so I dont see why it wouldn't work.

Thank for your replies

im not 100% on it..but i THINK the y8 manifold will fit on there and that would be a pretty decent upgrade. but i'll say again, im not 100% on it.

well if the IM fits, you will definitely be able to throw a short-ram intake on there.

I'm not sure if it will fit, but honestly don't bother. It's an 8-valve 70hp engine. I had a short ram on my cx for a while, and it was not good (I used 2 couplers clamped together to get it to work). Low rpms were even worse than before, so I have to basically floor it to get it to move from a dead stop. That killed my gas mileage from stop & go traffic. Basically all it did was add noise, with no noticeable power gains at all; just the loss.

Yeah, just get an Ex/Si IM on there. Shouldn't have any issues!
