Honda OEM navi system

Is it possible to reprogram the navi/DVD unit to play movies etc. on the indash screen?
Other soultions appreciated as well.

It would help if you gave us a make & model of the vehicle.

Also, are you interested in watching video while driving?

There are adapters that will give you an audio/video input.
