call in and reshedule the court date, 72 hrs before actual court day. keep doing it, till the date falls on the day after holidays. that when them pigs eat some donuts and fall asleep.

When you go in to fight the ticket. They don't need the cop there.
When i went to fight a ticket all i did was say not guilty with reason.
Then the judge tells you to sit on the side and wait to speak to a DA
and explain your reason to him. But it doesn't matter if the cop is there
or not.

Trust me, i've gotten a ton of fix it tickets and some speeding tickets. And i sat and waited to talk to judge.

No cops dont get paid to show up in court for tickets. but i would say since u were drving the speed of traffic right since driving ur suppose to do the speed limit but also drive with the speed of trffic but 80 in a 65 is a big over so idk if ull be able to fight that and get away with that one u can try but i know that cops dont get paid to show up in court

yeah traffic school is great and very easy. Only thing that sucks about it is that you gotta pay 30 bux to sign up for it. Then when you go online to take it. You gotta pay again.

But yeah, just cause you were going with the speed of traffic, doesn't mean you should of been speeding. So the judge aint gonna go for it.
I'm fighting a speeding ticket next month. But i was in the fast lane and there was this car coming hella fast. So i had to speed up with him to move over. So the cop busted me and him.

California has a "Basic Speed Law." This law means you may never drive faster than is safe for current conditions. For example, if you are driving 45 mph in a 55 mph speed zone during a dense fog, you could be cited for driving "too fast for conditions." You may never legally drive faster than the posted speed limit, even if you think it is safe to do so.

Regardless of the posted speed limit, your speed should depend on:

The number and speed of other vehicles on the road.
Whether the road surface is smooth, rough, graveled, wet, dry, wide, or narrow.
Bicyclists or pedestrians walking on the road’s edge.
Whether it is raining, foggy, snowing, windy, or dusty.

The ones in bold should hold up in court

You can fight the entire thing by mail without ever setting foot in the richmond court house. Look up Trial by Declaration. I used it for my last 2 speeding tickets and end up winning both. Good luck.

Say that someone pulled a gun on you on the freeway and you speed up to get away from the mother[freak]er. That is what I told the cop once when he pulled me over in the freeway for speeding. If I get pulled over for speeding in the freeway with a group of people, I just say "Sorry officer, I was just cruising and I am DD for these guys." Twice that work for me. I do not know if it will work in court.

Nope, I just took my traffic school online. In the end, all I had to pay was $28. That includes them sending my certificate too.
