I have an avantguart 5 alarm from clifford.

I wanted to know if any of you have this alarm, b/c i wanted to ask if the proximity sensor is set off too much, will this trigger the alarm to go off?

Right now i have proximity radar sensor in the headliner, i do not think its a good spot b/c i get too many false triggers with it. although i have a friend with the same car and alarm and i think theirs is in the headliner and i dont think they have a prob....but anyways, does anyone know where is a good place to mount this sensor?
