Default B18C GSR into EF- What parts?

I have a B18C GSR with LSD Hydraulic Tranny. I know i need the following:

Rywire harness for B18C
Mount kit for hydraulic trans in ef
90-93 DA axles
Shift linkage for b series in an ef
ECU of choice-OBD1

Im unsure about the following:
Upper and Lower radiator hoses
Will fuel feed line on my hatch be long enough?
I have enough vacuum line
Rear mount bracket
Was told i can use the GSR intermediate shaft?
Throttle cable problem with OEM GSR intake manifold- What to do to make it work?
Civic clutch cable, will it work well with the innovative kit?

If im missing anything please lemme know as i am trying to do this with my car being down for a day or two instead of weeks haha. Its a 91 DX Civic hatch that its going into if that helps any. I also know the shock tower will need to be beat in as well, just where at exactly? And i know the crossmember will need to be modified as well. Please help!!!! Thanks.
