Default axle brand suggestions?

i got a 99 integra ls that needs new axles. i already replaced them once with refurbished ones from norwood auto parts, but they're going bad again.

i called acura today and just for refurbished they want $225 per axle, for new, $400.

does anyone have any suggestions on who makes a good refurbished/new axle, for a decent price?

thanks

Dude, don't be cheap go OEM. Don't go to napa or grease monkey, go to Acura, pay the 400 and dont worry about them again. I've gotten cheap axles before and they don't last long on built engines, and the boots rip real fast. Just get OEM axles.

my engine's not built though lol. i can't possibly see paying $800 for completely oem axles, nor can i actually afford it.

i'm sure somebody on the message board has bought axles that actually last for awhile.
