Default will a bolt in roll bar really help ? eg hatch content

well my question is after i have gotten full tein basic coilovers, skunk 2 camber kit for the front and rear, and a omni rear lower control arm, would you guys suggest a roll bar or should i go full cage if i am looking to have the best track prepared car. KEEP IN MIND IT IS STILL MY DAILY, but i prefer function over looks/comfort. or maybe something else?

I searched and haven't found a solid answer.

A good roll bar will stiffen up the chassis and result in improved handling for HPDE driving. There are differences of opinions on whether or not using a roll bar for DD is safe. The argument is that you can potentially increase the chances of head trauma by hitting your head on a padded bar without a helmet. I would definitely NOT get a full cage on a DD. A frontal impact would increase the chances of major damage to your skull, even with padding.

Here is one informative thread. Make sure you read all the posts if you really want to form an educated opinion on what to do:

A rollbar yes, 4 point would be fine, depending on how close your head is to the top bar. But a rollcage for daily driving is suicide. Any rough braking, a huge dip, a spin out, quick steering and you could slam your head into the bar next your face and either be knocked out and cause a worse accident or straight up smash your skull.

Not to mention a cage is illegal, rollbar's are legal.

If it's a DD don't weld in a cage, it's risky.

With the amount of body movement in a crash, I don't think a roll-bar will be a good idea. Check out this vid:

That is with a 4-point harness and you can see how much the dummy moves. With roll-bars and/or cages, I think its an all or nothing deal.
