theres seems to be a lot comin out of cylider number 2,i think its a valve seal.

ya sounds like a valve seal. one time i had it happen to me and it wasnt oil seal it was my piston! lol but im sure ur car idle fine and drive fine( not like a wrx)

 

yeah,the car idles fine no knocks or any of weird noises.

 

ya should be seal then. if u do might as well replace it all.

 

a leak down test would reveal if it's the piston or valves.

If it's the head you might aswell take it to a machine shop to be professionally gone through. It's my experience that when the seals are gone it's probably also time for new valve guides.

Last time I had napa go through a head it was around 150-200 for all new guides and seals. They also set all the valve springs at the right height. All I had to do is re-install and set valve lash.
