Default Blower Motor Running slower on all 4 speeds after repair and reinstallment.

The blower motor in my 91 Honda Civic stopped working so I took it out, opened it up, cleaned it out and realized the brushes were worn so I bought some replacement brushes (they were the right size and all) and put them in with my dad, all went well. I put the blower motor back in yesterday and started driving. The speeds 1 2 3 4 change normally as they should but the air pressure coming out is lower on all speeds, it isn't as strong as it used to be. The pressure goes up when I put it on recirculate though but still a little low. Any ideas?

you didn't wire backwards did you?

Have you checked your resistor pack to make sure it is ok?
