i am about to buy a JDM B18C motor with a USDM P28 ECU. i live here in texas wondering if it will be smog legal. i going to leave the stock header and stock exhaust on if i have to. will i be smog legal?

For me it passed and I have some good mods on it.. well it barely passed since the car is under high security and barely sees the light just make sure you run the car past a full tank so it burns off the bad things in it(gas i had in it suck since it was sat for over 6 months) and (after you get your swap done ofcourse). the inspection part idk probally or surely it would fail. depends where you go. and make sure you have no cels on and you should be good. I believe cali is pretty strict on smog so you should be fine aswell hope my input helps you decide over the swap.. nice choice too
