Default K24 powered DA...

Yes I know its alot of work, yes i know its gonna be extremely hard, and yes I know its not cheap. But I have found a K24 block and head for rather cheap and I thought it would be cool being that the K-Series motors are gonna start being the big thing so what all other things would I need to put it in my car?
I was thinkin tranny, ecu, wiring harness, mounts, converting car to OBD2, axles, intake mani, header, fuel rail, injectors, what else?
thanks
