i just had a new tb and IM installed, so all the sensors were transfered. my idle is bouncy from 1000-1500 so i was looking around for a air leak. i saw the the gasket on the tps sensor was a bit worn. will a bad tps gasket cause a air leak and cause a bouncy idle???

whats the best way to check where a air leak is coming from???

 

tps is just a coil, a broken gasket wont do anything. Did you adjust the tps to the correct angle? It should be at .45k ohms idle if you read the far left leads with a meter.

possibly you ripped the throttle body -> IM gasket? or your MAP sensor?
