I'm assuming by "forced induction" you're referring to some sort of cold air or ram air intake? If so, then your list of mods isn't too far from stock, so you probably won't benefit much, if at all from an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I would spend the money elsewhere.

If "forced induction" means a turbo, supercharger, or nitrous, then an adjustable FPR may or may not be necessary for your setup. For instance, some larger fuel injectors run better at lower base fuel pressures, so in that case, you may need an aftermarket FPR to lower your fuel pressure.

ok kool thanx.. sorry yeh its NA

I mean Cold feed intake.. pipe located from under bumper to air filter

Current mods

Iridium Plugs, Decat and muffler custom made no restriction
Cold feed intake, A.C removed weight saving

has anybody on here fitted a skunk2 intake manifold? suppose to be the same design as the type r integra manifold

b18c4 engine has dual intake runners this causes restriction designed for economy

my aim is to increase torque rather than bhp..

any recommendations???

The Skunk and other aftermarket single-stage intake manifolds for GSR heads that mimic the OEM ITR manifold will usually yield increases in the upper RPM range if tuned properly. The key to extracting that power is all in the tuning, since the stock ECU is optimized for the dual-stage intake. A single-stage, ITR-style intake manifold on a GSR head without proper tuning(either thru a chipped ECU, standalone EMS, or a piggyback controller - tuned on a dyno) will most likely result in a loss of low end power.
