Default Strange sound from LF wheel area.

I'm not even convinced that this is suspension related, but that's my best guess. Car is a 97 Integra LS, lowered on Skunk 2 coilovers, Tokico Illuminas, no camber kit.

Basically, as I turn right I hear a "shhhhh" sound coming from the LF wheel. It's not a whirring or a grinding, almost more of a fluid sound. No suspension/brake work done recently, but I bought the car about 2 months ago when the power steering was unused and drained. Since then, the P/S has been reinstalled properly, but maybe this is related. The sound is VERY intermittent (it will do it for a day, and not for another week sometimes). Car also has a consistent knocking sound from the same wheel going over bumps (Not when accelerating or decel though. I've checked all boots on ball joints and C/V joints and everything looks good, not to say they're not damaged. )

Wheel bearing? Ball Joints, tie rods? Maybe a blown shock or P/S rack damage?

What do you guys think?
