Default Is there something wrong wtih my spring? Pic included

I have a 06 RSX. Stock shocks with Eibach Sportline springs. The ride sucks, I thought my shocks were blown, but there not its not bouncy.

I looked at the shock in the rear and I see the spring is compressed on the bottom. Is this normal?

As you can see the bottom 5-6 coils are completly compressed. This is in a flat garage. Is this normal? Or is something wrong here?

Thanks!

no very familiar with how an rsx springs should look like, but most other cars it should be flipped. The coils that are completely compressed should be on top. I'm not sure though.

I've never seen a spring setup like that. It could be that the coils have sagged.

Thanks for the replies. I wouldn't of thought a Eibach spring to sag in only 2 years. I guess I'll take it apart and see what's going on. I guess a good time to upgrade to coilovers lol

Your car in the air in that pic? I would assume so, did you check the other side to see if its the same? did you buy these springs yourself and get them installed??? I'f you bought them yourself then did they look like this before?

I believe that is the correct way of putting springs on RSX.

I hope that is with the full weight of the car...otherwise you've only got one or perhaps a half of a working coil. I bought an H&R kit for my Mini after retiring it from the track...one working coil up front. I took the kit out and sent it back.
