how do I tahe the hey ignition off the steering column

how do I take the ignition off the steering column

do I have to cut it off with a saw zaw or is there any way to get thouse cone headed bolts off

theyre shear bolts. just take a small chisel and a hammer and break them loose. they usually can be turned out by hand after you break them loose.
