Default Need Help finding the perfect wheels for my car

OK guys....this weekend i pretty much 100% sold my wheels so now i need wheels and I need sugestions lol....I'm looking for something in 16 inch not smaller cause it wont fit a BBK if i decide to get one and not bigger cause its not necessary lol

so ya shoot me some options...I really dont know what to get cause of all of the options out there....and for those of you who dont know what my car looks like, here's a picture....also i changed the grill to a flat black badgeless and i will be putting on a front and rear CTR lip unpainted (flat black) this summer:

and as for p shoping them on, well i dont know what you guys need so ill give you a bunch of pics to choose from

I also have some ideas but i gotta go to work now so ill check when i get back lol

Thanks for the help with finally getting rid of my 17 inch wheels LOL

The thing is that Im not a huge fan of my headlights but i keep them for the HID's because HID's > stock lights no matter which way you cut it

and as for choosing something that HT likes as opposed to what I like, I am gonna chose what I like LOL....why would I choose something I dont like, pay for it, and then put it on my car lol

The issue is that I have a couple models I like and I dont know what to go with but i also wanna make sure i dont miss out on a wheel that I would want by not asking around....but thanks for your concern...

my friend ordered a set of the ce28 replicas(konig heliums) from them.....and imo, i wasnt impressed. the lip was like a dull anodized look and other than the black w/ red lip, i think they look nothing like the time attacks. try the spun reps. http://www.jhpusa.com/catalog/...=1908

I dont think you realize who your talking to lol....and buying a good replica wheel for $600 instead of buying a set for $2500 is not not modifying your car properly IMO lol

I dont see how they would be lame....for the most part they are made and assembled in the exact same factory in China before being rebadged as a bunch of different brands and shipped down here.

So explain to me why real Volk Racing TE37 wheels would be better then a Rota or Drag knockoff?

are you kidding me? do you really think that te37s are just made in china and all the wheels are just badged differently?!

take a look: http://youtube.com/watch?v=NPMdKIsf5k4

they look really cheap.. but thats clearly the look your going for with those projectors.. the look is going nicely i must say. haha.

^^ haha, OUCH!! there's just no point in arguing w people who dont grasp the concept of "you get what you pay for". if someone is serious when they say RAYS rims are made in the same China factory as knock-offs, there's just no hope at all

Red=great potential for many color schemes.

What color combo are you looking for? There's:

Red and black - A little played out, but that's because it looks so damn good.

Red with white - Always baller, but only if you can pull off the look

Red and gold - Looks pretty darn good, and keeps the extreme contrast to a minimum.

Red and bronze - Like red and gold, but with a little more aggressive contrast.

Red and crazy colored wheels - If you can try hard to pull off the look, execute it well, and stick to your guns, you can get it looking pretty good. Beware excessive attention from the wrong people (cops and thieves) due to serious attention-grabbing contrast.

As far as that, it's up to you. I have no problem with knock-off wheels or projector headlights (4300K FTW), so yeah, a TE37 knockoff would look great in black or bronze. Something like the Advan RS's or RGII's would look great in gold. There are plenty of wheels that would look great in white, but be aware that you've got the attention-grabbing contrast, and you'll need to clean them EVERY OTHER DAY.

There are plenty of possibilities, but as far as the direction you're headed in, those time-attack volk-oid wheels look pretty damn good in that p-shop.
