But hub caps for now

Keep the hubcaps. You should be able to pick up some 4x100 HX rims from a junkyard for cheap, and then get them powdercoated later for around $50 a rim.

Leave it without hubcaps and lower it. Here is what i think would look absolutely sweet. Don't mind the photochop, i didn't care about making it perfect, just giving you of what i see is best for your ride
