Honda code 15 Ignition Output Signal
I have a 1995 honda civic Lx I have just replaced the engine with the same kind of engine, nothing different. I am getting code 15 from the check engine light, can anyone tell me what is this means? I have already replaced the distributor and the electrical component of the ignition switch. I have checked everything I can think of on this car and still have no clue what to do, or what else to check. Please help me !!!
how would you know if it was the ecu giving me the problem? I have already replaced the engine and the distributor, and the electrical component of the ignition switch. This problem was not there before I replaced the engine in the car. Could it possibly be an electrical problem in the wiring to the distributor?
Code 15 is the ignition control module. Have you tried replacing the distributor with the old one or try replacing the ICM that is located inside the distributor this is what it looks like
Good luck. Hope this is it.

Good luck. Hope this is it.
I am having the same problem and I have tried a diff distributor and ecu. The green/yellow wire on the distributor plug doesn't have any power either. I am thinking I might have a short somewhere in my harness. Check that wire for voltage.
