Hey fellas lookin for some input, i have a 88 crx w/ b16 and ys1 tranny (short gears). I'm lookin to spend about two g's and want some input from u pros for what I should spend it on to decrease my 1/4 mile times. I'm anti nos, so i'm not going that route. I was thinkin of installing a b20 block and a small ball bearing turbo kit. The car is going to be a daily driver. What setup is just killer on the crx?

 

put together a turbo kit urself and get it tuned on turbo edit or bre if ur staying obd0. Get a t3/t4 57 trim and a cast manifold with the wastegate port between 2 and 3 runners, good head gasket, arp head studs, bigger injectors, custom make the charge pipes, good wastegate, bov, intercooler used and u can do it for under $2000 if u find some good deals on parts and push 8-10psi with gsr cams and u can get to see 12's.
